Texts and Questions of Context, a project exploring the ways in which Jewish political thought and literature were transformed in the medieval and modern periods as a result of their interactions with Muslim and Arab cultures, as well as Iraq’s Intelligentsia Under Siege: 1980–2012, which analyzes Iraq’s intellectual landscape from the start of the Iran-Iraq War in 1980 to the present day.
