Tripp Professor of Humanities in Philosophy, received the Annelise Maier Forschungspreis from the Humboldt Foundation and served as Co-Director of the FAGI Institute for Analytic German Idealism at the University of Leipzig. He received a grant from UChicago’s Neubauer Collegium for Culture and Society for the project “The Idealism Project.”
